Motivated by the vision of a world where men, women and children are free to exercise their human rights, Neeraj Singal setup the SEMCO Foundation,an NGO initiative committed to teaching masses to become socially, economically and politically empowered.

For the organization:

As a visionary, Neeraj believes in cultivating the spirit of teamwork in his organizations. He views team-based, horizontal, organization structures as the best design for involving all employees in creating business success. Employees at Semco unify and get involved in activities that strengthen them as a team, moving towards a common goal by means of various Team Building Workshops for Semco Employees

For self:

• Leadership Summit, 2013:
  This was an intimate leader-to-leader experience designed for a select group of special leaders. A key source of business contacts, deal flow and knowledge, Neeraj attended the summit to participate in peer-level, engaging discussions on topics of leadership and executive development.


• 7 habits of highly effective people:
  Neeraj is on a constant endeavour to apply timeless principles of effectiveness to improve interpersonal communication, take initiative, establish greater trust, strengthen relationships, increase influence, and balance key priorities.


• Blueprint for success:
  Neeraj attempts to inspire from his readings and translate them to his attitude, values and vision. Collectively, these form the blue print of his success. He understands that anything is possible to achieve by psyching oneself with positive thinking.
